U.S. West Inverness is a five-story office building located in Englewood, Colorado. The original structure was experiencing significant foundation heave, resulting in substantial distress to the building. J.R. Harris & Company performed a structural assessment and developed a targeted repair design to address the movement. The solution included a unique system of new drilled piers and pier caps with ground anchors to stabilize the foundation and mitigate further movement of the building.
