 Summary:

Located in Broomfield, Colorado, this project consists of two multi-family buildings, five townhome buildings, and various amenities. The multi-family buildings feature four levels of wood light-framed construction over an elevated concrete podium slab and ground level parking and amenities. The buildings are supported by a foundation system of drilled piers and grade beams, and the lateral system is a combination of wood and CMU shear walls. The townhomes are three-story light-framed wood structures with post-tensioned (PT) slabs-on-grade foundations, eliminating the need for drilled piers.
