Summary:

J.R. Harris & Company conducted a structural evaluation and repair oversight for the CenterPoint I and II Parking Garages in Denver, Colorado. Built in the late 1970s and early 1980s, the garages exhibited varying degrees of deterioration, with CenterPoint II requiring significant structural repairs. JRH assessed previous repairs, identified structural deficiencies, and developed targeted repair solutions to enhance long-term stability.

JRH’s work included reviewing past repair plans, conducting site evaluations, and designing repairs such as tie-backs for spandrel beam rotation, inverted tee beam reinforcements, and column and deck repairs. The firm also oversaw construction, reviewed contractor submittals, and coordinated with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of structural repairs.
