Summary:

Located in Denver, Colorado, this project consists of three apartment buildings. Each building is constructed with three levels of wood light-framed structure over an elevated concrete podium slab with ground level parking or amenity space. The foundation system utilizes drilled piers and grade beams, and the lateral system includes both wood and CMU shear walls.
