The proposed loop incorporates both below-grade and elevated sections, introducing unique design and construction challenges.

The study addressed key elements such as structural modifications to route train tunnels beneath the existing terminal, potential impacts to concourse structures, the design of new platforms and circulation paths, and installation strategies for the new loop alignment.
